Boo Pawthorne-Finch
Meet Boo Pawthorne-Finch, Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions’ unofficial Head of Team Wellbeing.
Boo does not get involved in candidate assessment or recruitment decisions, but plays an important role in keeping the home office running smoothly, encouraging regular screen breaks and making sure the team never takes itself too seriously.
When Boo is not supervising calls or appearing unexpectedly during online meetings, Boo can usually be found testing the most comfortable working locations and reminding David and Lee that even busy recruitment days should include time to pause.
Boo brings some personality to the Hawthorne-Finch team, while the recruitment advice, candidate assessment and client support remain firmly in the hands of David and Lee.
